Mission and Values
Together with the Management Team, we reach a (new) consensus on the mission description. We determine the 5 core values of the organization and convert them into specific behavioural characteristics.
Content-wise they’re very strong, very professional and extremely client-focused, while they also have the capacity to empathize with the company situation and to work with it. I am impressed by this.
