Culture

Culture change is the lever
to the desired results.

After a culture measurement, we know exactly what the organization's strengths and areas of concern are. We have an objective view of the current situation. Of course, this is only the first step toward a change process.

So do we always have to change? In most cases, continuing to do what we are already doing today will lead to more of the same. Ambitious goals force us to leave the beaten path and resolutely choose positive change.

Based on the research results of the culture measurement, we will work with the Management Team to define the culture change:

  • What are the strengths of our organization that we can strengthen?
  • What are the current hurdles and obstacles that prevent us from growing and achieving what we want?
  • What are the unwritten rules in our organization that act as a disruptor?
  • How can we neutralize dormant toxic elements?
  • How can we inspire and motivate employees (even) better?
  • How can we embed mutual responsibility and ownership in the organization?

This culture change -clear on an A4 document-, leads to a number of Quick Wins and concrete projects to be delivered within 6- 12 months.
