Marcel Van der Avert studied economic sociology (University of Antwerp) and and has operational experience as a research associate, executive consultant, division director and business manager.

As managing director of ZENIT, he has more than 25 years of experience in guiding strategic projects, change processes, leadership development and coaching groups to better results. He is an experienced personal coach of CEOs, managers and executives.

Marcel developed three measurement tools used internationally to improve team effectiveness.

Marcel is the author of management books that have been translated into English and French as bestsellers.

Els is Master in Biology (University of Ghent) has worked at IBM, Lenovo and Johnson & Johnson Medical.She has an operational experience as Sales Manager, Sales Force Effectiveness Manager Benelux and Product & Marketing Manager. This has involved Els in in-depth change projects. At ZENIT, Els is a senior consultant. She guides "Get Results Together" change projects and specializes in optimizing Sales Performance.

Melanie holds a Master's degree in Labor, Personnel and Organizational Psychology (KULeuven). After her studies, she worked at KULeuven as an academic assistant and internship coordinator. She has explored the HR landscape as a recruitment consultant, HR generalist and L&D assistant. She has experience in projects around translating company values into concrete behavior. At ZENIT, Melanie is a consultant, coach & trainer. She guides change processes around improving collaboration within and between teams and optimizing Ownership.

She also does individual coaching and training around improving communication skills, emotional intelligence, ownership and collaboration (DISC).
