In a merger, the integration of the two corporate cultures is very important. Zenit has helped us masterfully with this in a way that has gained the trust of our employees and resulted in powerful and result-oriented action points for the management. In addition, we went through the "Get Results Together" process with the management committee. This focused on open dialogue with employees, trust and commitment.
